Why I'm not able to login my account?

Case: A

If you're a new user and forget the account activation email process, you need to complete the email verification first to login.

We only allow users to access their accounts once the email verification process is complete.

Skipping this process will also prevent password resets, which may give the impression that the site is buggy or not working properly, but this is not the case.

Case: B

If you're not a new user and have previously worked with us but are unable to log in, and you haven't logged in within the last six months:

In this case, we may have deleted your account and data permanently because according to our policy, we reserve the right to delete inactive accounts with zero traffic and no logins for the past six months in order to protect user data.

Case: C

When you try to log in to your account and receive a message after clicking the "login" button:

Message; Policy Violation: This means your account has been banned for violating our policies or terms. You will also receive the reason for the account ban.

For example: Policy Violation - Child pornography or Faucet traffic.

In this case, you cannot access your account. If your account was mistakenly banned, you can appeal for re-verification of the traffic, but reinstatement chances are limited because we only ban high-risk accounts.

Case: D

If none of the cases (A, B, C) match your query, it means we have deleted your account at your request or for GDPR compliance.

In this scenario, it is not possible to recover your account as we have already deleted all links and account data from our database. You can still create another account using the same email address if you wish.
