There could be several reasons why views or clicks are not counted:
The primary reason is invalid views, such as when a user opens a link but closes the page or follows only a few steps, In such cases, the view is rejected, and the system does not count it as a view or click.
We count views only when the viewer reaches the destination page. If the viewer closes the page before reaching the destination page, the view or click is rejected as invalid.
Other reasons for views not being counted include:
JavaScript Disabled: If your viewer's browser has JavaScript disabled and they view the link, in this case, the view will not be counted because the tracking code that records views relies on JavaScript to function properly.
Cookie Disabled: If your viewer's browser has cookies disabled and they visit the link, their visit may not be tracked accurately or at all because cookies are used to identify and track unique visitors and sessions.
VPN/Proxy Detected: If your viewer is using a VPN (Virtual Private Network) or a proxy server, their view may not be counted because these tools can mask the viewer's actual IP address, making it difficult to accurately track unique visits and prevent abuse.
Duplicate View: If a viewer already visited one link from your account and try to visit the another link, in this case we will not count the second click because we count one view in 24 hours from one IP address.
Clicks initiated by the same person (Self-clicked): If the owner or administrator of the link intentionally clicks on their own links or advertisements, these self-clicks may not be counted to maintain the integrity of view and click statistics and to prevent artificial inflation of engagement metrics.
These conditions ensure that only genuine interactions are counted towards view or click statistics.
