There could be several reasons for returning your payment request. We will explain some of the reasons why we may return the payout request.
Your payment may be returned if your PayPal account is not functioning properly and cannot accept the payment.
Your PayPal account is not fully verified, or your KYC is incomplete.
Your PayPal account does not have any linked bank account.
You may have mistakenly used the wrong email address.
You did not provide the email address or only provided a donation link.
A default currency different from your local currency is selected in your PayPal account.
If you encounter this issue, please contact the PayPal support team to fully activate your account. You can reach them directly through PayPal messaging, and they will assist you in resolving the issue, particularly if KYC is incomplete or your bank account is not linked.
Your payment will be returned to your account if you did not claim or accept your payment on PayPal.
You have selected the wrong default currency (e.g., You're from Brazil and your currency is BRL, but you have selected USD or Euro as your PayPal account's default currency. In this case, you need to claim/accept the transaction following the email notification).
You did not accept or claim the transaction within the required period. In this case, PayPal automatically rejects the transaction, and we will receive the refund (minus the fee which will be deducted from your account, and the remaining amount will be deposited back).
Always set your local currency as the default currency in your PayPal account to avoid the need to claim transactions manually; they will be automatically accepted by PayPal.
Your USDT payment will be returned if you did not provide a POL (Polygon) address and instead provided an address from another network like ERC20 or any other network.
Only provide a POL (Polygon) address to receive USDT crypto. You can easily receive USDT with minimal fees.
If you didn’t provide your Payeer account number, your payment will be returned. Sometimes, people mistakenly give their Payeer email address, but we can’t process payments with that since we exclusively require the Payeer account number.
Always provide a valid Payeer account number to receive the payout. You can find the account number on the top right side of your Payeer account.
